Strategic Development Partnership LLP (“SP”) is a management services limited liability partnership with experience helping businesses, and private family office clients seeking a holistic strategic approach to both commercial property development and investment projects.

Our experience as an intermediary extends to every stage of the property acquisition and investment process, identifying acquisitions, preparing financial proposals and business planning, budgeting, planning processes, valuation support, sourcing and restructuring debt funding, appointment of a professional project team, pre-development and development processes and the marketing, project management and delivery of completed commercial property projects.

We work independently as an intermediary with different types of commercial lenders including banks, peer to peer platforms, insurance companies and family offices, whilst remaining up-to-date on the latest information and best available structured debt solutions.

By working in partnership with the clients’ construction professionals SP acts as the client representative in JCT contract processes from setting design criteria at pre-development stages, contractors site meetings, negotiation of final accounts and possession of projects.

Charles has worked for 40 years in the commercial property sector and has extensive property and funding knowledge in these sectors.

He has experience at a board level of SME’s, National construction companies, Private Clients, Family Offices and Trust companies all engaged in the commercial property and construction sectors.

Charles founded SP and has advised, managed and or helped investors in a diverse selection of commercial property projects, sourcing debt and equity funding across the UK, Channel Islands and Europe.

Patrick’s career includes senior roles in Industry, managing partner in Coopers, vice president at A T Kearney, and group director at J Sainsbury plc.

Patrick has been executive chairman and CEO of many organizations and led an AIM IPO, several company sales and venture capital investments.

Patrick serves on national committees, foundations, charities for boards representing a wide cross-section of interests.
